Sign up as a farmer, complete your profile, and list your produce. You’ll be guided through our onboarding steps with simple instructions and support.
No commission for the first 3 months after onboarding. We may introduce a small service fee afterward to maintain platform services and logistics.
Payments are made directly to your bank or mobile wallet after each confirmed order. You can view your earnings on your dashboard.

Provide accurate descriptions, use clean packaging, and include clear photos. Fermerce may suspend listings that don’t meet our quality guidelines.
Yes. You can log in at any time to update product details, stock availability, and pricing directly from your seller dashboard.
If the order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, you won’t be charged. If it’s already in transit, our team will assist in resolving the issue fairly.

All products are sourced directly from verified local farmers. As a buyer, you'll see where your food is coming from when you shop.
During our launch phase, delivery is free for your first 3 orders. After that, a small delivery fee will apply based on your location.
Extremely fresh. Most of the produce is sourced out locally from farmers. We operate a local model to ensure minimal delay.
We have a satisfaction guarantee. Please contact support within 24 hours and we’ll resolve the issue with a refund, replacement, or credit.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive updates via SMS/email and can track your delivery in your dashboard.
