  • Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and vary by location, seller, and product type.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 1–5 business days.
  • Perishable items are prioritized for same-day or next-day delivery, where available.
  • Note: Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, or seller delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Fees are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight/size, and delivery option.
  • Some sellers may offer free or discounted delivery for bulk or promo orders.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable after successful delivery.

4. Order Tracking

5. Failed Deliveries

  • Redelivery may be attempted once.
