Fermerce Returns & Refund Policy
At Fermerce, we strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, expired, or incorrect.
- The product does not match the description or specification listed on the platform.
- The delivery was incomplete or significantly delayed, and no resolution was provided by the seller.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Perishable items must be reported immediately upon delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Perishable goods not reported as damaged at the time of delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging (where applicable).
- Items returned after the 24-hour return window.
3. Return Process
- Log into your Fermerce account.
- Navigate to “My Orders” and select the order in question.
- Click on “Request Return”, provide a reason, and attach photos as evidence (if applicable).
- Fermerce or the Seller will review the request and notify you of the next steps.
- If approved, the product must be returned as instructed within the specified timeframe.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).
- Refunds may be issued as:
- Wallet credit (for future purchases on Fermerce).
- Bank transfer to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
5. Disputes
If a resolution cannot be reached between a buyer and a seller, Fermerce will mediate and make a final decision based on available evidence.
