Fermerce Terms and Condition

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Fermerce” refers to the digital platform operated by Fermerce Technologies, connecting farmers directly to buyers, consumers, and production companies.
“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or entity that registers and uses the Fermerce platform, including buyers, sellers, and partners.
“Seller” means any registered farmer or merchant listing products on Fermerce.
“Buyer” means any user purchasing or intending to purchase products on Fermerce.
“Products” refers to agricultural goods listed for sale on Fermerce.
“Order” means a confirmed request by a Buyer to purchase Products from a Seller.
“Platform” refers to the Fermerce website, mobile app, and all digital services provided under the Fermerce brand.
Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Modification of Terms: Fermerce reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Fermerce, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fermerce with respect to the Platform.

All prices displayed on the Fermerce platform are set by Sellers and are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may include applicable taxes, logistics fees, and service charges where indicated.
Fermerce strives to ensure price accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any orders affected by the error.

Buyers agree to pay the full amount for all confirmed Orders using any of the accepted payment methods provided on the Platform.
Payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
Fermerce may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by their terms as well.
Payment must be completed before an Order is confirmed and processed for delivery.
In the case of payment disputes or failed transactions, Fermerce reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction pending resolution.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to Fermerce’s Refund Policy.

Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and when using the Platform.
Keep account credentials secure and notify Fermerce immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, including laws related to agriculture, e-commerce, and digital transactions.
Refrain from using the Platform to harass, defraud, impersonate, or cause harm to others.

Ensure that all product listings are truthful, including accurate descriptions, pricing, quantity, and availability.
Comply with food safety, agricultural, and product quality regulations as applicable in Nigeria.
Fulfill orders promptly and communicate with buyers in a professional and timely manner.
Avoid listing counterfeit, expired, or prohibited items on the Platform.

Carefully review product details before placing an order and ensure the delivery location is accurate.
Make timely payments through the approved payment methods provided.
Treat sellers with respect and communicate clearly regarding orders and issues.
Avoid initiating false claims, chargebacks, or misuse of the refund system.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of the user’s account at Fermerce’s sole discretion.
